I haven't done a lot of publicity of my blog within SAP, it's more of a personal thing, so its nice when one of my colleagues stumbles across my musings. Thomas Otter, whom I have worked with extensively over the years, and who amongst other things is one of the best HR consultants I know, has a few words about Thingamy. Sig, you should drop Thomas a line, he's another person who would know what to do with Thingamy, and that's going to be the challenge, finding people who grok the potential.
