William Pfaff writing in the Tribune gives as good a summary of the issues around the changing nature of business and the breakdown in the business and social contract as I have seen.
He raises a very good issue, if the people who are supposed to be working for a living are subject to Ricardo's "Iron Law of Wages", and the corporations are being run for people who are neither the customers or the employees, then what do we get, and how long will it last?
